Intel XMM 7560 Modem ready to launch

Intel has announced XMM 7560 Modem, Intel  XMM 7560 Gigabit LTE Modem which is finished with the firm 14nm manufacturing processor and offers the download speeds exceeds at 1Gbps in the downlink (Cat 16) & upload speed up to 225 Mbps Uplink (Cat 15). Intel XMM 7560 Moden supports LAA (Licensed Assisted Access) and it also supports 230 carrier aggregation combinations like (LTF FDD/ TDD/ Hybrid DL 5CA UL 3CA).

Intel XMM 7560 Modem supports Multi-Sim EDSDS / DSDA with 2G, WCDMA, LTE on 2nd Sim. Intel’s SMARTi 7 transceiver supports up to 35 LTE bands, So here the customers have a chance to build mobile devices with global coverage leveraging a single SKU. It also supports 5x carrier aggregation, MIMO supports 2×2, 4×2, 4×8, 4×4, 8×4. Intel XMM 7560 features are 3 GPP Rel-13, LAA-LTE/Wi-Fi link aggregation, and NAICS.

The Intel XMM 7560 & 3rd Generation mobile are the trial platform used for faster integration & testing of 5G devices.
