Supreme Court on Wednesday passed a rule that all the Cinema Halls should play “National Anthem” before starting a film is now mandatory to play. Also, Cinema Halls should make a display of National Flag on the screen when Anthem is playing. A Second rule is All the doors remains to be closed when the National Anthem is played without causing any disturbance to people.
